Dr. Goto, an expert on DSM and energy efficiency programs, has published a paper entitled "Establishing Strategic Energy Assessment Indicators for Zimbabwe: A Key to Improving Electrical Energy Efficiency". This paper focuses on establishing and evaluating indicators that guide correct implementation of energy assessments into Zimbabwean industry.
